Kailash Paper Conversion Pvt. Ltd. (KPC) based in Ranchi, the Capital of Jharkhand is catering to the personalized printing needs of Clients of the Chotanagpur region and the adjoining States of Bihar, Chattisgarh and Orissa. The company started as a vertical integration to support the family business of School and Office stationery trading and to manufacture paper products. The uncompromising quality levels were set right from the very inception in 1987.
With Implementation of latest technologies and skills in the fields of pre-press, printing, binding, print finish and packaging, we are capable to fulfill every unique requirement of our clients with highest international quality standards.
The pre-press unit comprises Creo Trendsetter Quantum plate setters with square-spot technology capable of producing 20-micron Staccato screens.
The offset print shop is equipped with 2 four color offset machines, 1 five colors plus coater, one six color machine with coating unit and 3 two color perfectors. The press division is supported by 3 fully automatic computerized guillotines.
With shorter Printing runs and demand for high quality digital prints a section equipped with HP Indigo, Konica Minolta and Xerox digital presses cater to short run requirements of the Clients. We also cater to the advertising segment with HP XL jet and flatbed UV printing systems.
The Post Press section consists of 4 automatic folding machines, a 6-station flow line machine, Perfecta Gathering Machine, 2 aster sewing machines, Horizon, Muller Martini and Well bound perfect Binders, Kolbus Case Maker and Kolbus Casing in Line, Thermal and Wet laminators, automatic spiral and Wiro Binding systems and a host of other Print Finishing equipment.
